A Note on the Amazon Kindle subscription fees:

I have no choice in the matter on this one, folks. Amazon charges Kindle owners to subscribe to blogs, including BeingExchanged.

So, because I want to be a good guy about this, I will choose the least possible fee, and I won’t keep the cash they send.

Amazon gives me 30% of that fee, and I will donate the entire amount (minus the $8/payment processing fee) to the American Red Cross.

If, at some point, blogs start going free on Kindle, rest assured I will ditch the fee on mine to. Until then, at least know

that 30% of what you pay is going to head toward a really good cause.
